Danielle Diamond; Costume Therapist

On October 25th, I talked with Danielle Diamond about her life. She is a woman who has worn many hats, pun intended. Her career spans many creative areas. These include film, photography, modeling, clothing design, and writing. Recently, in the last half-decade, she became the creator & founder of the Costume Therapy Method, C.T.M.

In Part I, Diamond discusses a sometimes-tumultuous path that led her to her eureka moment. Coming from a strict Christian upbringing, she found herself struggling with her identity in her 20s. Watch the video to learn about the various twists and turns her life took.

The Alter Ego Challenge

In the fall of 2025, Diamond held her first Costume Therapy Workshop for the year. After settling back in from a seminal trip to Portugal, she was ready to share her knowledge. During the three-hour workshop, the group took the “Alter Ego Challenge”.

In Part II, you will see some of the five steps covered in the challenge. Also, she will discuss other aspects and give examples of what this might look like.

If this sounded like an interesting prospect, there is an upcoming workshop on November 23rd. Click here for more details.

Costume Therapy for Halloween

Finally, in PART III, Diamond guides us on how to embark on a Costume Therapy journey. Since I was wearing a costume for the interview, Danielle helped me explore my alter ego. With a few Pro Tips, she discusses how to navigate this process.

In the end, it is always good to connect with a well-versed professional to assist in guidance as well. To set up a free discovery call with Danielle or learn more about her, check the website below.
